Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped within 7 days where possible, note that the Australia Post details provide information regarding delivery time frame from Australia Post not from * Glitzee * if you would like more information regarding time frame please contact us directly.  If you have an urgent order please email or phone us directly so that we can advise you if this can be arranged in time. 

Returns

Please note for the return of all items other than those delivered in a faulty state, these goods must be returned in resaleable condition within 7 days of receipt.  Upon assessment you may choose to have your money refunded or have your item exchanged. (Details on clothing item returns are noted in the crystal jackets and tshirts categories!).

Goods delivered in a faulty state must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.  If a product is delivered in a faulty state, we will replace that product free of charge.  Where the product is unavailable, we will refund the purchase price of the product, exchange the item for another or give you credit voucher to the value of your purchase.

You must contact * Glitzee * immediately before returning any products- Failure to do so may result in no refund or credit.

International Orders

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and direct funds transfer in Australian dollars only. We will not accept any other currency.

Postage charges will be advised on order confirmation.  We cannot be responsible for any postage or customs delays in the delivery of your goods.  We strive to ensure our products are delivered on time and in good condition.
